It's never too late to register online! You can register for the meeting online through January 26th. Avoid the long lines at the On-site Registration Desk by registering right from your hotel room!

On-Site Registration Hours

The AMS Registration Desk will be open for the Student Conference and this year’s two-day Short Courses on Saturday, 21 January, 7:30–10:00 a.m., and for this year’s one-day Short Courses on Sunday, 22 January, 7:30–9:00 a.m.

Annual Meeting registration will be held on Sunday, 22 January, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Monday, 23 January–Wednesday, 25 January, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; and Thursday, 26 January, 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Registration Rates

	FULL-WEEK PACKAGE The full-week package includes admission to all conferences, exhibits, coffee breaks, general receptions, and one Annual Meeting Banquet ticket.		ONE-DAY PACKAGE The one-day package includes for one calendar day admission to all conferences, exhibits, coffee breaks, general receptions,with the exception of the Annual Meeting Banquet.

On site, attendees who are not AMS members may complete an application for membership and apply the $85 difference for registration to the membership fee for the calendar year 2012. Please stop by the AMS Membership Desk, which is part of the AMS Resource Center, for assistance in completing the membership application process.

Preregistration and Registration Policy

Everyone attending the 92nd AMS Annual Meeting must register and wear a badge. Early registration rates are valid through Thursday, 1 December 2011. Registrations forms faxed or mailed to AMS Headquarters will be accepted at the higher rate until 15 December 2011. Online registrations will be accepted through Tuesday, 24 January 2012. Preregistration forms must be accompanied by one of the following forms of payment: check (personal/business/traveler's), money order, purchase order, or credit card number (MasterCard/VISA/American Express). Foreign checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable in U.S. dollars. Confirmation of registration will be sent once the form is processed. Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) will be granted only for cancellations received before 6 January 2012.

Abstract Fee: Please note that the abstract fee of $95 is only refundable only if the abstract is not accepted.
