Exhibits

Monday–Thursday, 23–26 January; Exhibit Hall D

Exhibits will be held in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70130 (tel: 504-582-3000).

Over 100 companies, publishing firms, universities, government agencies, and research institutions will display and demonstrate instruments, equipment, hardware and software, weather-related data, and their services of interest to the atmospheric, oceanic, and related environmental sciences communities.

Exhibit Hours

Monday, 23 January                     5:30–7:30 p.m. (Reception/Cash Bar)

Tuesday, 24 January                    9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, 25 January              10:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m. (5:30–6:15 p.m.; Reception/Cash Bar)

Thursday, 26 January                   9:00 a.m.–12:00 noon
 

Visiting the Exhibits

The AMS attendee badge includes admission to the Exhibit Hall. Nonregistered guests of exhibitors should bring their invitations to the Exhibitor Check-In Desk to receive their guest pass. Guests are only allowed on the exhibit floor during show hours and must wear a badge at all times.
