The Membership Committee would like to offer a way for AMS members to highlight and recognize their participation and experiences, become more involved, and make their Annual Meeting experience more personable. One way we believe we can demonstrate this is to provide an opportunity for the AMS Community to create brief video testimonials that could be posted before and during the Annual Meeting.

Exhibit Check-In Desk Hours

Saturday, 21 January, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sunday, 22 January, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Monday, 23 January, 8:00 a.m.–7:15 p.m. (Installation must be complete by 2:00 p.m.)
Tuesday, 24 January, 8:00 a.m.–5:45 p.m.
Wednesday, 25 January, 8:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
Thursday, 26 January, 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
 

Move-In:

Sat, 21 January         10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sun, 22 January         8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Mon, 23 January         8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Installation must be complete by Monday, 18 January at 2 p.m.
 

Exhibit Hours:

Mon, 23 January        4:00–7:30 p.m. *
Tues, 24 January       9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Wed, 25 January       10:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
Thurs, 26 January      9:00 a.m.–12:00 noon

*The VIP & International Walk-Around is scheduled for Monday, 23 January from 4:00–5:30 p.m.  Please make sure that your booth is staffed at this time. The Opening Reception will begin at 5:30 p.m.


Move Out:

Thurs, 26 January   12:00 noon–8:00 p.m.
Dismantling is not allowed before 12:00 p.m., Thursday, 26 January 2012.  All materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, 26 January 2012.
