Student Poster Presenter Information
Formal Poster Sessions Setup and Teardown Schedule
Posters for the first session may be set up beginning on Monday, 23 January, at 9:00 a.m.; teardown for the first session will begin on Tuesday, 24 January, at 12:00 p.m., and must be complete by 3:30 p.m. that day. Posters for the second session may be set up beginning on Wednesday, 25 January, at 9:00 a.m.; posters must be taken down by 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, 26 January. Note that AMS is not responsible for posters not removed by the teardown time.
Please check the individual conference programs for additional information. Light refreshments and beverages will be served during formal viewing hours.
Formal Poster Viewings
Monday–Thursday, 23–26 January; Exhibit Hall E
There will be two distinct poster sessions. The first is Monday afternoon–Tuesday morning, and the second is Wednesday morning–Thursday afternoon. Exhibit Hall E will be open for poster viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday–Wednesday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Formal poster session viewing times are as follows:
Monday, 2:30–4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 9:45–11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, 2:30–4:00 p.m.
Thursday, 9:45–11:00 a.m.
Please note that poster presenters may include QR codes (two dimensional bar codes) to their posters. These codes, which provide a link to information such as the author’s contact information, a digital image of the poster, and other supporting information, can be downloaded by attendees using a Smartphone.
