WeatherFest will be held in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70130 (tel: 504-582-3000) on 22 January 2012 (One day only).
WeatherFest Exhibitor Move In, Exhibit and Move Out Hours
Move-In Sun, 22 Jan 8:00–11:00 AM
No exhibit move-in will be allowed after 11 AM
Show Hours Sun, 22 Jan 12 NOON–4:00PM
Move Out Sun, 22 Jan 4:00–6:00PM
Exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle before 4 PM
WeatherFest Exhibitors can submit company profiles/descriptions online for inclusion in the web listing of exhibitors. Exhibitors can also generate badge information for booth staff. Login id and passwords will be sent to each official primary contact for the exhibiting company. The profile/description must be 150 words or less and will be edited at the discretion of the AMS staff.
