Artificial Intelligence Methods Applied to Satellite Remote Sensing
View by day or program, includes author index and personal scheduler
We are seeking papers for oral and/or poster presentation on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) methods to satellite remote sensing of the atmosphere, ocean/river/lake, and land.
We welcome all AI methods (e.g., artificial neural networks, kernel methods, self-organizing maps, decision trees, evolution computing and fuzzy logic) used to process and analyze satellite observations and satellite-derived products and applications. Remote sensing includes all passive and active sensing, involving instruments such as radiometers, altimeters, scatterometers and synthetic aperture radars used to observe clouds, precipitation, winds, temperatures, ocean color, sea level, ice, snow and land cover, etc.
