Exhibitor Online Services
Exhibitors can submit company profiles/descriptions online for inclusion in the web listing of exhibitors. Exhibitors can also generate badge information for booth staff. Login id and passwords will be sent to each official primary contact for the exhibiting company. The profile/description must be 150 words or less and will be edited at the discretion of the AMS staff.
Exhibitors are encouraged to register their exhibit staff for badges using the on-line application before checking in on-site. There is a $35 charge for each exhibit staff badge registered on-site by AMS staff. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit area during move-in and move-out.
Exhibit badges are available on-site at the Exhibit Check-In Desk.
Exhibit Management is available on-site at the Exhibits Manager Office located in the Exhibit Hall.
