The Robert E. Horton Lecture will be given in a session sponsored by the 28th Conference on Hydrology. The lecture will be given by Randal Koster, NASA GSFC, Greenbelt, Maryland. The title of the lecture is “Elusive Elements of Evaporation and Runoff Behavior Hidden within Traditional Hydrological Measurements.”
