Sponsorship contract must be received prior to 27 October 2014 in order to have an ad placed in the program. Sponsors may pay the difference to upgrade an advertisement (size, placement (cover spots), or color).
There is a surcharge for companies who are not participating in the AMS exhibit program. Your company must still meet the same criteria as an exhibitor to sponsor any of the opportunities.

The place to be on Monday evening! Sponsor the event that attracts the largest number of annual meeting attendees at one time. With nearly 100 exhibit booths on the floor, there is much to see, including your logo on sponsorship signs displayed throughout the exhibit hall. Sponsors may provide cocktail napkins, imprinted with a logo, to accompany the reception.
