NOTE TO Wednesday/Thursday Poster Presenters: We HIGHLY recommend that you take your poster with you at the end of the Thursday AM Formal Poster Viewing. The Poster Hall will be LOCKED DOWN at Noon on Thursday and you will not be able to retrieve your poster after this time.
*Posters not removed by the teardown time will be removed and recycled.
Please note that if your poster is assigned to a Monday OR Tuesday poster session: you must stand by your poster, ready to present, during the Formal Poster Viewings on both Monday AND Tuesday.
Wednesday and Thursday poster session: you must stand by your poster, ready to present, during the Formal Poster Viewings on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Don’t want to travel with your poster? Have it printed at the FedEx Office right across the street from the convention center.
