Call for Papers

The theme for the 2016 AMS Annual Meeting is directly applicable to the NOAA–led effort “Building a Weather-Ready Nation”–-a society that is prepared for and responds to weather, water, and climate-related events.  As a contribution to the overall theme, the 4th WRN is soliciting papers on the following topics:

Student Award Opportunities

The AMS Board on Environmental Information Processing Technologies is proud to award six student prizes at the Fourth Symposium on Building a Weather-Ready Nation: Enhancing Our Nation's Readiness, Responsiveness, and Resilience to High Impact Weather Events.   These awards recognize outstanding student contributions based on an evaluation of both the submitted written paper and corresponding oral or poster presentation.
