Please note that posters will be set up, presented, and taken down on the same day. This is a change from previous AMS Annual Meetings. *Posters not removed by the teardown time will be removed and recycled.
Planning to use a personal laptop during your scheduled presentation?- Be sure to request a table prior to the meeting by sending an email to email@example.com Note: You are responsible for providing your own power supply/fully charged laptop; electricity access is not available in the poster hall. Internet access will not be available. Please plan accordingly.

The chapter poster display will be held at the Convention Center in Hall 3. Each chapter will be allotted a 4' x 8' poster space to display a poster related to their local chapter history and recent activities. First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded to the best regular and student local chapter posters. Posters will be judged on content and design.
