Presenters who submitted an abstract to the 105th Annual Meeting will speak during a live session or present a poster. During abstract submission, submitters can select one of five preferred presentation formats.
In-Person Oral Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. This presenter presents a slide deck in-person in the session room during an oral or joint oral session.
Virtual Oral Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. This presenter presents a slide deck virtually via Zoom during an oral or joint oral session.
In-Person Poster Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. This presenter presents a poster during a poster or joint poster session. The Standard Poster Display is a 4'H x 6'W (1.2m x 1.8m) double-sided Velcro covered panel. These panels have a horizontal/landscape orientation. Poster and joint poster sessions are held in person only.
Virtual Poster Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. This presenter will present via screen share in the form of a PDF (a digital copy of what would be presented for a traditional in-person poster as seen above) or PowerPoint (breaking the information down into a series of slides) during a Virtual Poster Slam. The Virtual Poster Slam will take place via Zoom and will be accessible by all registered attendees. Virtual posters are only presented virtually. The Virtual Poster Slam will take place on Tuesday, 7 January, 2025 at 1:00 PM CT, the week before the hybrid portion of the meeting to promote engagement exclusively online.
ePoster Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. Electronic posters (ePosters) are similar to traditional poster presentations but presented on a large format, high resolution touch screen monitors. ePosters are presented in-person.
