Oral Presenters will present a slide deck either in-person in the session room or virtually via Zoom during an oral or joint oral session.
An Oral Session is a session with 4-6 verbal presentations (in-person or virtual) with PowerPoints. Each presentation is typically 15 minutes in length, including Q&A. Approximately 11 minutes are set aside for the presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. This leaves one minute for speaker transition. Please refer to your acceptance email or the online program for your presentation/session date and time. A Joint Oral Session is an oral session where two or more conferences or symposiums plan and run a session together.
