The AMS is accepting WeatherFest Exhibitor applications on a first-come, first serve basis, until all spaces are filled. AMS will provide exhibitors with an 8’ x 10’ table space for your activity.
We love to have hands-on, interactive experiments and booths by organizations, university, government, television, radio and private industry. Exhibit space is FREE! All you need to do is staff your booth with enthusiastic people who can capture the imagination and inspire children of all ages!

The AMS 19th Annual WeatherFest will take place on Sunday, 12 January 2020 at The Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel, in Galleria (lower level). All Exhibitors must check-in at WeatherFest registration desk to obtain a badge before move-in/set-up.The desk will be located outside of Galleria on the lower level of the Hotel.

The AMS has recently formed a Presidential Task Force on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) that is being co-chaired by Susan Avery and Melissa Burt. The goals of the task force are to
1) Assess the effectiveness of the AMS’s broadening participation efforts and to determine if the current activities provide an integrated and coherent plan moving forward.
2) Provide a strategic vision for D&I that could be integrated into the planning for the Centennial meeting that is currently underway.
3) Suggest changes, including bold ones if needed, that would enhance D&I across the Society: AMS Diversity and Inclusion Task Force
