AMS Career Fair

The Career Fair’s hours of operation are 5:00–7:00 p.m. on Sunday, 2 February, with an opening reception for attendees of the Student Conference held on Saturday, 1 February, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The Career Fair provides employers seeking qualified personnel and individuals seeking employment an opportunity to interact.

13th Annual AMS Student Conference: Opportunities in the New Job Climate and Beyond

Join us for the 13th Annual AMS Student Conference and Career Fair sponsored by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the AMS Student Conference Planning Committee, 1–2 February 2014 as part of the 94th AMS Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. A registration fee of $25 has been set for this conference and registration must be completed online. There will be no on-site registration and YOU MUST REGISTER BY 14 JANUARY 2014.  Students requesting to register after 14 January will need to pay a $15 late fee, in addition to the $25 registration fee.

Student Assistant Program

The Student Assistant Program is open to undergraduate students (sophomore year or higher), who are active AMS student members.  The application deadline date is deadline passed You must be a 2014 member before applying.

Student Travel Grants

Travel grants are available for current senior undergraduate and graduate students to attend the 94th AMS Annual Meeting.  The application deadline date is deadline passedYou must be a 2014 member before applying.
