Call for Papers
Papers for this symposium are solicited on emerging technologies in Aerospace and Range Meteorology, such as enhanced observing systems, unique forecasting algorithms, and integrated observing systems. Papers describing interdisciplinary topics on other aspects of aviation meteorology (e.g., focusing on identification of usable regions of airspace and characterization of the capacity impact of adverse weather; translation of forecast uncertainty into capacity impact uncertainty, etc.) and/or practical applications are encouraged.
Partial travel support (not to exceed $500) will be awarded in recognition of outstanding abstracts and oral presentations at the 2014 ARAM Symposium.
