All posters will be located in Hall 4E of the Washington State Convention Center.

Please note that posters will be set up, presented, and taken down on the same day. This is a change from previous AMS Annual Meetings.
Planning to use a personal laptop during your scheduled presentation?- Be sure to request a table prior to the meeting by sending an email to [email protected] Note: You are responsible for providing your own power supply/fully charged laptop; electricity access is not available in the poster hall. Interent access will not be available. Please plan accordingly.

The chapter poster display will be held at the Convention Center in Hall 4E. Each chapter will be allotted a 4' x 8' poster space to display a poster related to their local chapter history and recent activities. First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded to the best regular and student local chapter posters. Posters will be judged on content and design. Instead of traveling with your poster, take advantage of a special discount being offered to presenters of the AMS 2017 Annual Meeting and print your poster onsite at the FedEx Office (located on the first level of the Washington State Convention Center directly across from the indoor fountain).
