Presenters who submitted an abstract to the 106th Annual Meeting will speak during a live session or present a poster. During abstract submission, submitters can select one of five preferred presentation formats.
In-Person Oral Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. This presenter presents a slide deck in-person in the session room during an oral or joint oral session.
Virtual Oral Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. This presenter presents a slide deck virtually via Zoom during an oral or joint oral session.
In-Person Poster Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. This presenter presents a poster during a poster or joint poster session. The Standard Poster Display is a 4'H x 6'W (1.2m x 1.8m) double-sided Velcro covered panel. These panels have a horizontal/landscape orientation. Poster and joint poster sessions are held in person only.
ePoster Presenter: An abstract that has been reviewed and accepted by the program chairs. Electronic posters (ePosters) are similar to traditional poster presentations but presented on a large format, high resolution touch screen monitors. ePosters are presented in-person.
Please note that while the submitter's preferred presentation format is collected during submission, abstracts are accepted and scheduled at the program chairs' discretion.
