Want to get on the snow while you are in Seattle? Steven’s Pass Ski Area (https://www.stevenspass.com/), located only 78 miles east of Seattle, offers a variety of alpine ski runs ranging from beginner to advanced and would make a great day trip! There are two buses that run right from downtown to the ski area:
Snow Bus
This bus runs every Saturday and Sunday. Interested parties can find details and reserve seats and lift tickets through this website: https://www.stevenspass.com/site/trip-planning/transportation/snowbus The Snow Bus picks up right downtown near the Convention Center and the Sheraton, so it would be easy for the attendees to jump right on.
Shuttle
This shuttle runs daily to Stevens Pass from the Seattle area for anyone that is interested in skiing during the week. This shuttle also offers lift ticket and transportation packages. Reservations can be made on their website here: http://stevenspassshuttle.com/
