Guests

All registered attendees for the 99th Annual Meeting may bring up to two guests to the meeting.  Each guest will be required to wear a badge, which can be picked up at the registration desk, and be accompanied by a registered attendee.

The Annual Meeting is the largest AMS conference each year and the 99th is a special one—it kicks off the AMS's Centennial celebration! It is a great time to promote your organization to approximately 4,000 attendees from academia, research, government, and the private sector. Teachers

In an effort to increase science literacy, AMS is committed to providing K–12 teachers with the opportunity to interact directly with scientists as an attendee at the 99th AMS Annual Meeting, which will take place 6–10 January 2019 in Phoenix, AZ. Funding is being provided to teachers wishing to participate in this meeting through a newly established Teacher Travel Grant Program.
