Special Conference Registration

25th Annual Student Conference

The Student Conference is open to any undergraduate or graduate student who is an active 2026 AMS Student Member or Member–Graduate Student. Apply for/renew membership here if necessary before registering. Student Conference registration is not included in the AMS Annual Meeting registration fee, but the ticket can be found within the Annual Meeting registration platform. If you would like to attend the AMS Annual Meeting (Sun–Thurs) as well, please visit the main page for more information.

The 25th Annual Student Conference is at capacity - registration is no longer available. 

All registration deadlines will go into effect at 5:00 PM Eastern.

Ways to Register for the Student Conference:

  1. If you are attending the Annual Meeting, on the page titled Registration Items, select your Annual Meeting admission item and click Next. The Student Conference will appear on the next page.
  2. If you are not attending the Annual Meeting, on the page titled Registration Items, select the Related Events registration option and click Next. The Student Conference will appear on the next page.

14th AMS Conference for Early Career Professionals

The 14th AMS Conference for Early Career Professionals will be held as part of the 106th Annual Meeting.  Registration for the Annual Meeting will include access to the Early Career Conference, a separate registration is not required.  

Press Registration 

Eligibility for press registration is limited to the working press and freelance science writers with appropriate credentials, as well as public information officers of scientific societies, educational institutions, and government agencies. Those presenting at the meeting or fulfilling other duties at the meeting are not eligible for press registration.

Please fill out this form to request Press Registration. Please note this form is not a registration for the meeting.  Your request will be reviewed, and upon acceptance you will receive a follow-up email with details on completing the official online registration process.  Please allow two weeks for the review process.
