Hotel Rate:

  • Attendee Rate: $189.00 per night plus taxes and fees. 
  • Government Per Diem Rate: $170.00 per night plus taxes and fees. 

Guests reserving at the government per diem rate must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Acceptable forms of identification include federal, state, local government, or military IDs. Failure to provide appropriate identification may result in the reservation being adjusted to the prevailing hotel rate.

Reservation Cut-Off Date: Wednesday, December 23, 2026 

Rooms are available at the AMS group rate on a space-available basis until the reservation cut-off date. We encourage attendees to reserve their rooms early, as the AMS room block may sell out before the deadline.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
