If your organization/Board Committee wants to schedule events, receptions, business meetings, breakfasts, luncheons, committee meetings, etc. Please complete the Side Meeting Room Request Form by 15 October, 2026

*After the 15 October, rates will increase to $500 per room per day, as rooms are still available
