This form should be used by AMS Commissioners, Board and Committee Chairs to request meeting space, food and beverage services, and/or audiovisual support for AMS Commission, Board, Committee, and staff meetings and events during the  107th Annual Meeting January 10–14, 2027 | Denver, CO.

Side Meeting Request Form

Please complete the Side Meeting Room Request Form by:

October 15, 2026

If you plan to hold a function during the meeting, you must submit this form.

  • Submit one form per event
  • Use a unique event name for each submission
  • Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis

Requests submitted after the deadline may experience delays and are not guaranteed.

Meeting Location

All internal side meetings and receptions will be held at the headquarters hotel: Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center

Important

This form should only be completed for AMS-related meetings or events.

For non-AMS-related meetings or events, please use the Affiliates Side Meeting Request Form.
Please note that Affiliate side meetings include a room rental cost.

Attendance Guidance

If less than 50% of your board or committee members will attend the Annual Meeting in person, we ask that you plan to hold your meeting remotely, ideally after the meeting.

Even if more than 50% of members are attending in person, we encourage groups to consider remote meetings to support participation from all members.

Scheduling Guidance

When requesting a meeting time, please consider all available options:

  • Before sessions begin
  • During lunch breaks
  • After sessions conclude

Committee Preparation

Your AMS Community page is a helpful place to:

  • Share agendas
  • Post documents
  • Hold discussions
  • Upload meeting minutes

This is especially helpful for members who cannot attend in person.
Community pages are accessible only to active board and committee members.
