Cancellation Policy

Hotel reservations must be canceled by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Mountain Time, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled after the deadline will be subject to a fee of one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without canceling (no-show) will also be charged one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
