This form should be used to request a meeting or event room for Exhibitors, Sponsors, Patrons, Universities or other External Groups at the AMS 104th Annual Meeting in Baltimore, MD. 28 January to 1 February 2024.

Confirmation of Room Assignment by: 30 November
Room Rental Fee:
AMS Patron (1 Room Complimentary for the week)
AMS Exhibitor/Sponsor ($300 per room per day)
Non AMS Exhibitor Sponsor ($450 per room per day)
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued
No Cancellations are allowed after 5 January, 2024

*Please note that the rental fee does not include AV & F&B. The main contact is responsible for all costs associated with the approved Side Meeting (food/beverage, audio/visual, equipment, labor costs, etc.) and to work with the assigned hotel to make arrangements and finalize billing. Once your room is assigned Jeiry Nin will put you in contact with the appropriate hotel staff.
