During the meeting
- What will I present?
- The Standard Poster Display is a 4'H x 6'W (1.2m x 1.8m) (a NEW smaller size) double-sided Velcro covered panel. These panels have a horizontal/landscape orientation. Presenters are not permitted to move the boards or change the orientation.
- You can mount your poster with AMS supplied push pins or Velcro.
- Only one accepted abstract/topic is allowed on each board. If you are scheduled to present 2 posters within the same session, please contact the Meetings Department ([email protected]) and we can work on changing the placement of the posters as soon as possible.
- Feel free to bring handouts or upload your poster image to Presenter’s Corner to reference during formal poster viewing hours.
- Want to use your laptop to enhance your poster? Send us a table request before the meeting to [email protected]. Please note that we can not provide electricity or internet in the poster halls.
- Want to point people to even more information about your poster? Include a QR Code. Information on QR codes, including reader software and code generators, is available online (http://www.mobile-barcodes.com/).

- At this time, we ask Presenting Authors to begin making arrangements in case of a government shutdown. Please plan to have your own contingency plan in the event that you will not be able to join us in Baltimore regardless of your government status (i.e. travel issues due to weather, illness, etc.). This includes identifying a backup presenter and sharing a preliminary version of the presentation.
