The AMS will provide shuttle bus service to the following hotels:
Buses will run on a continuous loop between the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the hotels. They are expected to depart each location approximately every 20-30 minutes, but not on a fixed schedule. A representative from the bus company will be available at the convention center for assistance.

The pick-up/drop-off location at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center is outside of Room 154.
The pick-up/drop-off location for each hotel:
Boston Park Plaza – Columbus Avenue side of the hotel, by the valet area.
Omni Parker House – Corner of Tremont Street and Beacon Street , on Tremont Street by Citizens Bank.
Hyatt Regency Boston – As close to the main entrance as possible.
Buses will be Academy buses and have an AMS sign and logo in the window.
Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to book their reservations at AMS-contracted hotels to help the Society avoid penalties for not filling its hotel block.
There are many ways to get around Boston, including public transportation and transportation services such as taxis, rental cars, charter services, and ride-hailing services.
