Important Guidelines for THM Organizers

• Please note that Town Hall Meetings are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
• Town Hall meetings will be scheduled concurrent with technical sessions, running Monday, January 11 through Friday, January 15
• Each Town Hall Meeting will be required to identify two (2) session chairs. Session chairs will be responsible for introducing each speaker/panelist, making sure the Town Hall is running on time, and moderating the Q&A portion
• All Town Hall Meetings will run live, however, we ask that session chairs upload a pre-recorded video of the of the meeting before 28 December for back-up purposes, in case of technical difficulties
