AI has proven that it can be used to improve a variety of aspects of weather and climate prediction. In this presidential session, we focus on the future of AI and how the use of AI as applied to a wide variety of data can be used to drive new science for weather, ocean, and climate and how AI can be used to improve decision making at all levels, from forecasters to the public.
