Congratulations for being selected as presenter in the American Meteorological Society’s 103rd Annual Meeting!

2 November 2022 - deadline for edits to title and author list

1 December 2023 - deadline to confirm/change presentation method: virtual/in-person

8-12 January 2023 - abstracts are presented during the 103rd Annual Meeting

13 February 2023- supplementary information upload deadline

To access Presenter's Corner, please visit https://ams.confex.com/ams/103ANNUAL/gateway.cgi and sign in using your AMS credentials.

You will be brought to a page that provides a list of entries/submissions such as topics or abstracts you have submitted OR on which you are the presenting author. Click the link to the appropriate link to access your abstract.

Presenter’s Corner can be used to:

  • Confirm/Change Presentation Method: Remote/In-Person (by 1 December)
  • Check/Change Abstract Title (by 2 November)
  • Check/Change Author Listing (by 2 November)
  • Upload Presentation File: Slides (at least 4 hours before your session)
  • Upload PDF of Poster (Optional)
  • Upload Image(s) (Optional)
  • Upload PDF of Slides (Optional)
  • Upload Extended Abstract (by 13 February)
  • Upload Optional PDF Presentation Slide File (by 13 February)
  • Add a Supplementary URL (by 13 February)
  • Withdraw Abstract

We encourage all presenters to submit supplementary information as your time to present at the meeting is limited. Posting this information online is an excellent opportunity to include more detailed information that may require more time for study than is available at the meeting. All supplementary information is available in the meeting online program within 24 hours of upload – so you can reference it before, during, and after the meeting!

Yes, all oral sessions will be recorded. Recording will be available in the online program and mobile app 72 hours after the session ends.

Presenters please note that by agreeing to present at an AMS Meeting, you are agreeing to have your presentation/session recorded and posted in the conference program for public viewing.
