To edit your virtual profile, please select “Edit Profile” on the right hand side under your name and make the necessary changes. Note: Certain fields will be locked and can only be updated by event management  

You will be able to join the session 10 minutes prior to the scheduled date and time. You can click the “Join Now” link 30 minutes before the session’s scheduled start time to enter the waiting room. Once in the waiting room, you will automatically be transferred to the session 1 minute before start time.

Please ensure that your system’s speakers are turned on and the volume is up. If the video continues to freeze, please try to refresh your internet browser by selecting Ctrl+F5. If you have a Mac, please hold down the “Command” key and the “R” key on your keypad.

Remember that people who are speaking during a live or on-demand session can be searched under “Speakers” while poster presenters can be searched in the “Poster Hall.”  

A change has been pushed to further minimize the buffering issue. Buffering may depend  on user internet speed.  If you have any specific issues - please check your internet connection speeds or connect to a hardwired internet connection.

 We are working to have them added to the conference filters in the agenda. Stay tuned!

We are so glad you found so many great things that you love but unfortunately this is a system-wide functionality that cannot be changed. But don’t worry - if you miss something, you’ll be able to view the recordings from the live sessions right in the agenda. The recordings will be available 48 hours after the session ends and will be available in the platform for 3 months. We recommend creating a new MyAgenda after the meeting for watching this recorded content.

This issue has been resolved.  But also - please note that the filters and search will return results only for the day in which you are viewing. We are sorry about this but with so much content to provide you - dividing the agenda into days was the only way to get you the information you need as fast as possible.

The time zone defaults to American Samoa.   Don’t forget to change your timezone in your Attendee Profile and click “Save” at the bottom of that page. While you are there, don’t forget to update your photo, ribbons, and other details to help other attendees find you.

We are working to move this - but please also note that you can always access Friday (and  all days) by clicking “Full Agenda” in the menu and clicking on Friday there.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience but we are unable to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, only the first 5 sessions added to MyAgenda and the first 10 business cards shared with me are displayed on the MyFavorites tab. We apologize but we cannot increase the number of favorite sessions and business cards shared in MyFavorites. Please note, though, that all of your favorite sessions will show in MyAgenda and a complete list of contacts from shared business cards is available for download via excel.

Sorry for any confusion - users are limited to login to the platform on one device at a time only.
