FAQ

A formal banquet will not be held this year and awards will be given out following the Presidential Forum on Sunday afternoon.

All badged attendees and badged guests are invited to the Centennial Celebration!  This will be held Wednesday evening in place of the banquet.  It will held in the Grand Ballroom of the BCEC from 6:30-9:00pm. During this once in a lifetime event, we’ll travel back and party through the first decades of AMS. You can expect to sample foods and drinks as well as enjoy music and activities from 1919 to the present.

Don't miss this very special set of events on Sunday:

The Presidential Forum will kick things off at 4:00pm and be followed by the Annual Meeting Welcome, Annual Review and Awards Ceremony.  Finally, there will be a Welcome Reception where you can meet up with friends, grab a snack, and view the Student Conference posters.
