The $95 abstract fee (payable by credit card or purchase order) is refundable only if your abstract is not accepted.
Your fee includes your abstract, extended abstract (optional), and your recorded oral presentation posted to the online program which is available to all visitors for free.
We are pleased to offer travel assistance of $400 to each of two students. To apply, applicants should prepare a short written statement (no more than one page) declaring their financial need and circumstance, relevance of their research to the Symposium, how they will benefit from attending the Symposium, and a copy of their abstract.
In addition, a Best Student Paper Award of $200 and a Second Place Student Paper Award of $100 will be selected at the Symposium, based on the quality of the research and the presentation."
