Badges can be picked up in the lower level of the Phoenix Convention Center.
Everyone presenting (both oral and poster) and/or attending the 99th AMS Annual Meeting must register and wear a badge. Early registration rates are valid through Monday, 3 December 2018.
Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) will be granted for cancellations received on or before 21 December 2018.
Refunds (less a $75 processing fee) will be granted for cancellations received on or before 11:59pm eastern on 3 January 2019.
After 3 January, refunds for cancelled registrations will not be granted.

The AMS Registration Desk is located in the lower level of the Phoenix Convention Center and will be open for the AMS Student Conference and this year’s two-day short courses on Saturday, 5 January, 7:30 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

All registered attendees for the 99th Annual Meeting may bring up to two guests to the meeting. Each guest will be required to wear a badge, which can be picked up at the registration desk, and be accompanied by a registered attendee. Guests will not be able attend sessions but are allowed into town hall meetings, formal poster viewings/receptions, the exhibit hall and coffee breaks. Please note: In order for guest(s) attend food functions or excursions, the attendee will need to purchase additional ticket(s) during online registration or at the AMS registration desk.
An additional Annual Meeting Banquet ticket may be purchased for $50 during your registration. Child Annual Meeting Banquet tickets may be purchased by contacting Christine Card ([email protected]).
