More than ever, Early Career Professionals in the Weather, Water, and Climate industry are faced with a variety of challenges: adjusting to working remotely; inspiring underserved communities to consider our industry; creating a more inclusive environment; securing a more diverse future.
Whether you are moving from school to your first job or transitioning across sectors, the 10th annual AMS Conference for Early Career Professionals has something for you! This conference will help you to sharpen your skill set and broaden your horizons with sessions on effective communication, leadership, and future career options. Throughout the conference, we will continue the conversation on diversity in the Weather Water and Climate industry. Join us to connect, learn, and grow with other members, boards, and leaders within AMS as we strive to achieve a more secure future together.
The 10th AMS Conference for Early Career Professionals is hosted by the American Meteorological Society and organized by the AMS Board for Early Career Professionals. Registration for this years’ conference will be included in the registration for the 102nd Annual Meeting, which will open in October.
