We are committed to ensuring that the 102nd Annual Meeting allows you to share your science and connect with one another however we can. Here are some notes on changes for this year:

  • All remote participants will have access to all virtual content before, during, and six months after the meeting takes place:
    • 40+ live streams from oral sessions, for a total of 600+ sessions for the week and interact/ask questions via slido
    • Recordings from all in-person oral sessions
    • Online meeting rom links and presentation schedule for individual poster presentations
    • Abstracts and supplementary material (such as pdfs, links etc.) for all presentations
    • Asynchronous Q&A chat with presenters before and after presentations take place
    • Attendee to attendee messaging
    • Online exhibitor listing

*PLEASE NOTE:  AMS Full Members, AMS Student Members, and AMS Retired Members must have a 2022 AMS Membership to receive the rates posted below.

FULL-WEEK PACKAGE

The full-week package for remote registration includes access to live stream, recordings and supplementary material from all in-person sessions, ability to view remote posters, message presenters and other attendees, and view exhibitors online.

ONE-DAY PACKAGE

The one-day package for remote registration includes for one calendar day access to all live stream, recordings and supplementary material from all in-person sessions, ability to view remote posters, message presenters and other attendees, and view exhibitors online.

Registration Policies

  • Everyone presenting (both oral and poster) and/or attending the 102nd AMS Annual Meeting must register. Early registration rates are valid through Wednesday, 1 December 2021. 
  • By registering for the AMS Annual Meeting, you are agreeing to adhere to the Professional and Respectful Conduct at AMS Meetings policy.
  • Please note that an individual must have a 2022 AMS membership to receive a Member registration rate. 
  • Please contact the AMS Meetings department ([email protected]) with requests or questions regarding cancellations.
  • Cancellation policy: Those registered for in-person attendance prior to January 6th may cancel their registration up until and through January 12th. Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) will be granted. Please email [email protected] to request the cancellation. After January 12th no refunds will be granted for cancelled registrations. 
  • Abstract Fee:  Please note that the abstract fee of $95 is refundable only if the abstract is NOT accepted.  The abstract fee is separate from the registration fee. 
  • Registration fee waivers may be available for attendees from developing countries. Those interested should email  [email protected] with a request.
