Your 102nd Annual Meeting organizers and AMS staff are working hard to create a hybrid meeting space that is valuable and engaging for everyone, whether you attend remotely or in-person. Our plans are based on best practices and recommendations from trusted vendors, partners, and other association and meeting planning professionals.
During this “first ever” hybrid meeting, all attendees (in-person AND remote) will have access to the same content (40+ concurrent sessions each day/600+ over the course of the week plus more than 3000 online abstracts with supplementary information). All attendees (in-person AND remote) will be able to interact with each other - and with all presenters - at the same time.
If you have questions, we encourage you to attend our monthly 102nd Annual Meeting Webinar Series for a chance to learn about what’s new and ask questions.
Enjoy the 102nd Annual Meeting from the George Brown Convention Center, the comfort of your own home, or on the go! Please explore the presentation and participation options below to learn more about what an in-person and remote experience will mean to you during our first ever hybrid meeting.
If you plan on attending in-person, please visit our Health and Safety and Travel pages to prepare for your trip. All in-person attendees must wear masks, provide proof of vaccination, and answer a short health survey daily to gain entry to AMS meeting space in Houston.
Presenters can change their presentation preference (remote or in-person) until 8 November.
Attendees can change their attendance participation type to/from in-person and remote until 28 December.
We also invite you to reach out to us with your feedback and suggestions. You are a vital part of the annual meeting and our community.
