The 15th Conference on Weather, Water, Climate, and the New Energy Economy (15Energy), sponsored by the American Meteorological Society (AMS) and organized by the AMS Energy and Renewable Energy Committees, will be part of the 104th AMS Annual Meeting to be held 28 Jan–1 Feb 2024 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Student Award Opportunities

Student presentation awards for both oral and poster presentations will be extended to the top student presenters (undergraduate or graduate) participating in the 15th Conference on Weather, Water, Climate, and the New Energy Economy (15Energy) at the 2024 AMS Annual Meeting in Baltimore. The awards of up to $200 will be given for outstanding oral and poster presentations to assist with the expenses of participating in the conference, and awardees will also receive a certificate of achievement from the AMS. Students will be graded by members of the AMS Energy and Renewable Energy Committees. To be eligible, students must participate in 15Energy and must be a current student in good academic standing (e.g., not on probation or disciplinary action for grades or conduct).
